BACKGROUND SCREENING & TRAINING

All volunteers in the parishes of the Archdiocese of Boston must submit a CORI form for background screening every year they volunteer. Please fill out the CORI form if you are a current volunteer or will be starting to volunteer in a ministry. For new volunteers, CORI must be submitted before you begin your volunteering service. Thank you.

Todos los voluntarios de las parroquias de la Arquidiócesis de Boston deben enviar un formulario CORI para la investigación de antecedentes cada año que se ofrezcan como voluntarios. Complete el formulario CORI si es un voluntario actual o va a comenzar a ser voluntario en un ministerio.
